Attorney Lee P. Marks has extensive experience in insurance defense giving him unique insight and knowledge of how the insurance companies operate. Mr. Marks was born and raised in Miami. He served as an elected Coconut Grove Councilman from 1994 through 1998. He has extensive contacts with medical providers, accident reconstruction experts and other local experts necessary to win your case.
With a passion for cycling and advocating for cyclists, Mr. Marks is a well-known cyclist and has been a member of the United States Cycling Federation since 1989. He represents cyclists in personal injury cases with compassion and a unique knowledge of bicycle accident cases and the challenges they present that few attorneys possess.
Mr. Marks received his B.A. from Washington University in 1981 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Miami in 1984. He was admitted to practice in Florida in 1985. He currently holds membership in the Florida Bar, Dade County and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Association for Justice and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
